1 lb ground lamb
1 cup chick peas, cooked
3/4 cup bulgar (covered with water and left to soak for ~ 20 minutes, drain excess water)
1/4 cup fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
ground coriander
ground cumin
salt
pepper

Chop the garlic and basil. Grind the chick peas. Mix. Form into balls. Cook.


There is no more degenerate kind of state than that in which the richest are supposed to be the best.
